Nutrisystem Sample Package?
People often email me and want to know if there is any way for them to buy an inexpensive nutrisystem package in order to sample or test out the foods. I often hear things like “is there a Sample Pack or test package?” The company does offer many options for folks who want to get started on nutrisystem. Which one would work out to be best for you depends on your objectives and goals. I will discuss this more in the following article.
Buying Nutrisystem Products And Foods Individually Or A La Carte: Many people don’t realize that this options is available, but it most definitely is. All of the products can be bought individually. But, you will often pay much more per meal for this. Still, if you’re just wanting a quick taste of the food to see if you want to go any further, this option is available.
Buying One Or Two Week Nutrisystem Packages: In order to give the diet a decent chance, it’s advisable to give it at least a week or two. And, if you attempt to buy this much food individually (since you eat five times per day,) you’re going to pay much more for it than if you just bought a small package. For example, they do offer a one week package (where you get to chose your foods consisting of 7 breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and desserts) for $98 before shipping. There is a similar two week package that costs $183. This gives you 14 days of everything rather than seven. As I said, this does work out to be more expensive than just buying one of the larger packages which I will go over below.
The Nutrisystem Flex Plan Pricing: They do offer a part time plan also that gives you enough food to eat five times per day for 20 days. The base price of this plan is approximately $234. It’s pretty easy to compare this to the two week package and figure out that it’s the better deal. And you’re getting a lot more food at 20 days as opposed to 14.
The Cheapest Way To Buy Nutrisystem Is A Monthly Package: Many people don’t believe me when I say that this is the least expensive way to go, but it really is. The basic monthly package gives you enough food for 28 days and it’s only $299. Not only that, but they usually let you use the most generous and best coupons with this. You’ll often get $50 or more off or a significant amount of free food that can sometimes make this comparable in price to the flex plan. You’re basically getting double the food of the 2 week plan for just over $100 more.
If you figure out the cost per meal, this is by far the lowest priced, at only a little over $2 each. If you look at the individual meal pricing list, you’ll see that this is quite a discount. I do realize that it’s tempting to want to just buy enough to taste and sample the foods. But even so, you’re usually better off going with one of the smaller packages than trying to buy enough food a la carte.
